Sarah Morgan is a successful and powerful lawyer and her life is going exactly as planned. In contrast, her husband Adam is a struggling writer. From the outside, their marriage seems perfect, but since Sarah works most of the time, Adam is having an affair with a woman named Kelly Summers, and they spend most of their night at the Morgan's lake house. 💥
One morning everything changes when Kelly is found dead and now Sarah needs to defend her husband, who is accused of murdering his lover. But is Adam guilty or innocent…?

This is a twisted mystery thriller – which had some boring parts, but most of the time had me on the edge of my seat. And the ending? GOD, THAT ENDING!!! I had quite a few theories and thought I knew exactly what was going on… I was so wrong! 💥
It's been a long time since I read a thriller that managed to surprise me like that.
• I listened to the Audiobook, which was which was great. Both narrators did a wonderful job bringing the story to life.
• Narration by Neil Hellegers & Teri Schnaubelt. 🎧

אבל בוקר אחד הכל משתנה כשקלי נמצאת מתה, ועכשיו שרה צריכה להגן על בעלה, שהואשם ברצח המאהבת שלו. אבל האם אדם אשם או חף מפשע…?

זהו מותחן מסתורין מעוות – שהיו בו כמה חלקים משעממים, אבל רוב הזמן הוא גרם לי לשבת על קצה המושב מרוב מתח. והסוף? אלוהים, הסוף!!! היו לי לא מעט תיאוריות וחשבתי שאני יודע בדיוק מה הולך לקרות… וכל כך טעיתי! 💥
הרבה זמן שלא קראתי ספר מתח שהצליח להפתיע אותי ככה.
• הספר זמין כרגע באנגלית בלבד. 🔤
• הקשבתי לספר באודיו באנגלית – שהיה מעולה. שני הקריינים עשו עבודה נפלאה והצליחו להביא את הסיפור לחיים.
