Beyah is only nineteen, but she had a hard life. After tragedy strikes, she moves from her trailer in Kentucky to a beautiful beach house in Texas, to live with her absent father and his new family, only because she needs a place to stay for the summer, before she starts college. 💕

CoHo knows how to write touching YA stories that goes straight to your heart, and this book is no different. 💕
This is a story about two broken characters, who are healing together, and it's filled with intense feelings and lots of angst.

However I guessed the twist pretty quickly, right at the beginning. The big secret was pretty obvious. 🙈
Still, I enjoyed the story and especially its ending – it was sweet and so touching!!!
But what bothered me the most was that….. their relationship was not significant enough (romantically) to justify this amazing ending. 😬
I think if they had more time together as a couple, it would have been much more believable for me – still, I loved this book and enjoyed the ride. 💕

קולין הובר יודעת לכתוב סיפורי YA מרגשים שנכנסים ללב, והספר הזה לא שונה. 💕
זה סיפור על שתי הדמויות שבורות, אשר מצליחות לרפא אחד את השנייה – יש בו המון רגשות אינטנסיביים ורגעי דרמה מטריפים.

מה שכן, ניחשתי את הטוויסט דיי מהר וממש בהתחלה. הסוד הגדול היה דיי שקוף. 🙈
ובכל זאת, נהניתי מהסיפור ובעיקר מהסוף שלו – הוא היה מתוק וכל כך מרגש!!!
אבל מה שהכי הפריע לי הוא ש…. הקשר שלהם לא היה מספיק משמעותי (מבחינה רומנטית) בשביל להצדיק את הסוף המדהים הזה. 😬
אני חושבת שאם היה להם יותר זמן יחד כזוג, זה היה יותר מרגש והרבה יותר אמין בשבילי – ועדיין, למרות זאת, נהניתי מאוד! 💕
