The book was very childish (well, the heroine is 16, so it was OK) But what bothered me more, was that her behavior was inconsistent – her entire life Amber was afraid of touch because of her father (even when her best friend hugged her, she shivered) but since Liam told her about his feelings and they became a couple, she started flirting with everyone and dressed provocatively…? That's not how you were supposed to act, lady!!! 😳
Plus, why the hell is everyone in school in love with her? And what is the fucking deal with everyone's trying to kiss her?!?!?

Liam was Yummy!!! I would sleep with an open window for such a neighbor… well, it's a known fact that there is nothing sexier than a man waiting for sex, even forever, for the girl he loves! (I'm ready! Take me NOW) 😂🔥
But… He was in love with Amber for years but afraid of her protective brother, so he was a man-whore by day and Romeo by night?! Come on, shout up. (*eye roll*)

Besides, they slept better next to each other, and so it went on. But if they spent nights apart (family vacations, etc.) they couldn't fall asleep… codependency, anyone?! That's not healthy, you guys! 😬

But the highlight was when Amber told her mother that she and Liam were together, and she was really happy for them because… there was always "sexual tension" between them! 😱
Sexual tension, lady?! Your daughter is 16! Go buy her a Barbie!!!! 🙈😂

Then, when Amber finally felt ready for sex, the next day, she saw Liam laughing with his friends – and told herself he must really suffered because he wasn't used to wait for sex… but do you know how long he waited from the moment they became a couple to when Amber decided she was ready…?
A FUCKING WEEK!!!!!!!!! 😂
Damn, teenagers today are dumb as $%^&!

And if that's not enough, she also got pregnant and had a miscarriage – all while her mom was at work (I'm telling you, she didn't come home for more than a week… I was worried about her more than I was about Amber! 😂)
That was when I got dizzy and decided to DNF, 3 chapters before the book ended (!!!) – because who knows what will happen next… Tsunami? Zombies? Anything is possible!!! 😭

To summer up – I loved to hate this book. 😂💙
In my opinion, this is a MUST READ for every girl – so she could learn what *NOT* to do and how *NOT* to act!

אמבר ואחיה ג'ייק סבלו מהתעללות קשה מידי אביהם מאז היו ילדים. לילה אחד, כשאמבר הייתה בת 8 היא בכתה בחדרה, עד שליאם בן ה-10, הילד מהבית השכן והחבר הכי טוב של ג'ייק, נכנס דרך החלון כדי לנחם אותה. הוא נרדם לצידה והלילה שלהם היה הרבה יותר טוב יחד – אז זה נמשך ככה כל השנים, בלי שאף אחד יידע… 😍💙

עכשיו אמבר בת 16 וליאם בן 18 – והוא פרפר שמחליף בחורות, אך בלילה תמיד חוזר למיטתה כדי להגן עליה מהסיוטים… אבל אולי חוץ מלהגן עליה בשנתה, הוא יכול לעשות יותר? ומה יקרה כאשר אביה המתעלל יחזור לעיר…? 😱

אז… הספר היה ילדותי מאוד (הגיבורה בת 16, אז זה התאים) אבל מה שהפריע לי יותר, הוא שהתנהגותה לא הייתה עקבית – כל חייה אמבר פחדה ממגע בגלל אביה (אפילו כשחברתה הטובה חיבקה אותה, היא רעדה) אבל מאז שליאם הודה על רגשותיו והם נהיו זוג, היא מפלרטטת עם כולם ומתלבשת בפרובוקטיביות…? ככה לא מתנהגת מי שמפחדת ממגע, גברת!!! 😳
ולמה לעזאזל כולם בבית ספר מאוהבים בה? ומה הפאקינג קטע שכולםםם מנסים לנשק אותה?!?!?

ליאם היה יאמי!!! בהחלט הייתי מוכנה לישון עם חלון פתוח בשביל שכן כזה… טוב, זה הרי ידוע שאין יותר סקסי מגבר שמוכן לחכות עם סקס, גם נצח, עבור הבחורה שהוא אוהב! (לא משנה, אני מוכנה! קח אותיייייי) 😂💙🔥
אבל… הוא היה מאוהב באמבר שנים ופחד שאחיה המגונן יגלה, אז הוא היה פרפר ביום ורומאו בלילה?!
נו באמת, אידיוט.

חוץ מזה, הם גילו ששניהם ישנים יותר טוב יחד, וכך זה נמשך. אבל אם היו לילות שבילו בנפרד (חופשות משפחתיות וכו) הם לא הצליחו להרדם…
יחסי תלות, מישהו?! זה לא בריא, חבר'ה! 😬

אבל השיא היה כשאמבר סיפרה לאימא שלה שהיא וליאם יחד, והיא ממש שמחה בשבילם כי… תמיד היה ביניהם "מתח מיני"! 😱
מה מתח מיני גברת?! הבת שלך בת 16! לכי תקני לה ברבי!!!! 🙈😂

ואז, כשאמבר סוף סוף הרגישה מוכנה לסקס, למחרת האקט, היא ראתה שליאם צוחק ושמח – ואמרה לעצמה שהוא בטח ממש סבל כי הוא לא רגיל "לחכות" בשביל סקס… אבל אתן יודעות כמה זמן הוא חיכה מהרגע שהם נהיו זוג ועד שאמבר החליטה שהיא מוכנה…?

לעזאזל עם הנוער המטומטם של היום!

ואם זה לא מספיק, היא גם נכנסה להריון ועברה הפלה – כל זה בזמן שאמא שלה בעבודה (בחיי, היא לא חזרה הביתה יותר משבוע! תכלס, דאגתי לה יותר מאשר לאמבר! 😂)
פה קיבלתי סחרחורת והחלטתי לנטוש, 3 פרקים לפני סיום הספר (!!!) – הרי אי אפשר לדעת מה עוד יקרה עד שהוא ייגמר… צונמי? זומבים? הכל אפשרי!!! 😭

לסיכום? אהבתי לשנוא את הספר הזה. 😂💙
לדעתי הוא חובה לכל נערה – כדי שתלמד ממנו מה *לא* לעשות ואיך *לא* להתנהג!
