This is a college "Enemies to Lovers" romance about a second chance – to amend… to forgive… to move on… and love. 🙏
The author did a great job with the characters development. Callie and Hayden both evolved, as individual and as a couple. 💕

There was one thing that bothered me though – Hayden. I was so curious to know what caused this explosion between them and why he was so full of hatred and anger – and frankly, I wasn't convinced… Perhaps because it was unclear how from the awkward, sweet and shy boy he used to be – he became this big cocky player – in and out of the football field (that's why it took me a long time to like him!) – but unfortunately, it wasn't explained at all… 😱

Apart from that, the story was great and the twist was crazy. I definitely didn't see that coming!!! 💥💥💥
This is my first book by Anna, but it certainly won't be my last. 💕

מה שאני הכי אוהבת הם דמויות מפותחות, מורכבות ופגומות (כי – נו באמת… מושלם זה משעמם!!! 😂) וקאלי סטיוארט היא בדיוק דמות כזו. אמנם פעם, בתיכון, היא הייתה המעודדת היפה והמקובלת – אבל היא מתחילה את לימודיה באוניברסיטה כאדם אחר… אדם שבור ומצולק – נפשית ופיזית, עם המון כאב ואשמה. 💔

זהו סיפור קולג' של "מאויבים לאוהבים" בו הדמויות מקבלות הזדמנות שנייה – לכפר… לסלוח… להמשיך הלאה… ולאהוב. 🙏
הסופרת עשתה עבודה מצוינת עם העומק של הדמויות, כי במהלך העלילה קאלי והיידן התפתחו שניהם – כדמויות אינדיבידואליות וכזוג. 💕

היה דבר אחד שמאוד הפריע לי – היידן. הייתי נורא סקרנית לגלות מה גרם לפיצוץ בינו לבין קאלי ולמה הוא כל כך מלא שנאה וכעס כלפיה – אבל למען האמת, לא השתכנעתי… אולי כי לא היה ברור איך מהנער המגושם, המתוק והביישן שהיה פעם – הוא הפך להיות כוכב פוטבול סטראוטיפי שרק מחפש את הסטוץ הבא (בגלל זה אגב, לקח לי הרבה זמן לחבב אותו!) – אבל לצערי, זה לא הוסבר בכלל… 😱

מלבד זה, הסיפור היה נהדר והטוויסט היה משוגע. בהחלט לא ראיתי את זה מגיע! 💥💥💥
זהו הספר הראשון של אנה שאני קוראת, אבל הוא בהחלט לא יהיה האחרון. 💕
