From the moment I saw the book title I was intrigued. And indeed, the first half was fun and funny, but then the plot became exaggerated, confused, and rather silly. If I thought the beginning was a bit superficial, then towards the end I realized that this book has no depth at all… 🙈
I thought it would offer a refreshing perspective on our reliance on social media, but it didn't. 🤷♀️
Overall, it was a quick and entertaining read (especially the part with Siri at the beginning📱) I went in knowing it was a light read, and it deliverd. This book definitely passed my time while I was doing my house chores, but I expected it to have a little more depth.
I listened to the audiobook, which was cute.

כדי לקבל תשובות, היא נעזרת ברשתות החברתיות, עוקבת אחרי הרמזים ומוצאת מפתח לדירה יוקרתית של גבר עשיר שהיא לא מכירה. הוא לא נמצא שם, אבל מקס, ששומר לו על הדירה מסכים לעזור, ויחד הם יוצאים למסע גילויים. 💛

מהרגע שראיתי את שם הספר הסתקרנתי. ואכן, החצי הראשון היה כייפי ומצחיק, אבל אז העלילה הפכה למוגזמת, מבולבלת, ודיי טפשית. אם חשבתי שההתחלה הייתה קצת שטחית, אז לקראת הסוף הבנתי שבספר הזה אין בכלל עומק… 🙈
חשבתי שהוא יציע נקודת מבט מרעננת על ההסתמכות שלנו על המדיה החברתית, אבל זה לא קרה. 🤷♀️
בסך הכל זו הייתה קריאה מהירה ומשעשעת (במיוחד הקטע עם סירי בהתחלה, שהיה קורע!📱) התחלתי אותו בידיעה שזה ספר קליל, והוא אכן היה – ובהחלט הצליח העביר לי את הזמן כשעשיתי את מטלות הבית, אבל ציפיתי שיהיה בו קצת יותר עומק.
