לקריאת הסקירה בעברית – תגללו למטה!

This book wasn't bad, but for me it was just OK. The writing was good, the plot was good, the characters were good… it was just TOO MUCH TEEN DRAMA. And to be honest, it felt like a mash-up of a bunch of books I've already read ('Beautiful Disaster', 'After' and many more……) 🙈

📚 “Isn’t that how all the best love stories play out? It’s not love if it doesn’t hurt first.” 📚

Because of it's intriguing title, I was expecting something different, but… there was no connection between the title and the plot. 🤷‍♀️
Plus, I kind of struggled to finish the last chapters and skipped some paragraphs – so I probably won't read the second part of the duet soon, even though it ends with a cliffhanger. 💜💥

הספר הזה לא היה רע, אבל בשבילי הוא פשוט היה רק בסדר. הכתיבה הייתה טובה, העלילה הייתה טובה, הדמויות היו טובות… זו פשוט הייתה יותר מידי *דרמת נעורים*. ולמען האמת, זה הרגיש כמו ערבוב של ספרים שכבר קראתי בעבר ('אסון יפה', 'אחרי ש' ועוד רבים וטובים…...) 🙈

בגלל שם הספר המסקרן, ציפיתי למשהו אחר, אבל… לא היה קשר בין הכותר לעלילה. 🤷‍♀️
בנוסף, די נאבקתי לסיים את הפרקים האחרונים ודילגתי על כמה פסקאות – אז כנראה שלא אקרא בקרוב את החלק השני של הדואט, למרות שהוא מסתיים במתח. 💜💥
