Hadley is a young mother of a 3-year-old girl and just found out she's pregnant again – when she caught her lazy worthless high school sweetheart cheating on her while she worked to support them. 🙈
Now, she is doing the best she can as a single mother so they could have a better life. Then she meets their new neighbor – big, grumpy and tattooed… Elijah. 💥
They start on the left foot, but somehow a connection is made – even though Elijah thought he hated children and definitely did not see himself in a relationship with a single mother, their friendship slowly becomes more… 💙

After finishing a dark book, I needed a nice one that doesn't have a lot of unnecessary drama. It wasn't something I hadn't read before, but I quite enjoy it… I mean, until I got to 65% – and closed the book screaming in horror. 😱😱😱
Sorry, but as a twin mom who recently stopped breastfeeding, it totally grossed me out, that I still feel dirty:

Will I dream about it at night? Probably…
Do I recommend it? Not really. 🙄

אחרי שסיימתי ספר אפל במיוחד. חיפשתי משהו נחמד שאין בו הרבה דרמה מיותרת. זה לא היה סיפור שלא קראתי קודם, אבל די נהנתי… זאת אומרת, עד שהגעתי ל-65% – שם סגרתי את הספר בצרחות אימה. 😱😱😱
סליחה, אבל בתור אמא לתאומים שרק לאחרונה הפסיקה להניק, זה כל כך הגעיל אותי, שאני עדיין מרגישה מחוללת:
