לקריאת הסקירה בעברית – תגללו למטה!

Ten is a huge pop star who was unable to face his fame and success, and turned to alcohol, and so he… pissed all over his career – literally – and from the most loved pop star in the world, he became public enemy (Justin Bieber Syndrome? 😂). Because of his actions, he was forced to take a break and disappear until everything calmed down. 💙

Ten meets Violet who has no idea who he is – and it's a refreshing and welcoming change. When they meet Ten introduces himself as Stark (his last name) and that is how their friendship begins. 🦋

📚 "I think I had to be weak before I could be strong." 📚

I liked that the connection between the characters felt real. Unlike other Rockstar books, there are no exaggerated clichéd descriptions of the characters – both Ten and Violet have flaws. They were not the most beautiful or perfect people. They were regular… human. 💙
I also liked the idea behind the name of the book and how Ten became a new and better person, like the butterfly incarnation – thanks to Violet. (Although it wasn't really reliable if you ask me) 😂🤦‍♀️

It's a sweet, romantic and refreshing story but it also felt a little too childish to me, especially because of the Insta- love … so if you're looking for a hot and mature book – this is not exactly the book for you. 🤷‍♀️

טאן (Ten) הוא כוכב פופ ענקי שלא היה מסוגל להתמודד עם התהילה ולכן פנה לאלכוהול שגרם לו לעשות שטויות, וכך הוא… השתין על הקריירה שלו – תרתי משמע – ומהכוכב הכי נחשק בעולם, הפך לאויב הציבור (תסמונת ג'סטין ביבר 😂). בגלל מעשיו, הוא הוכרח לקחת הפסקה ולהיעלם עד שהכל יירגע. 💙

טאן פוגש את ויולט שאין לה מושג מי הוא – וזה שינוי מרענן ומבורך. כשהם נפגשים טאן מציג את עצמו כסטארק (שם המשפחה שלו) וכך החברות שלהם מתחילה. 🦋

אהבתי שהקשר בין הדמויות הרגיש אמיתי. שלא כמו שאר ספרי הרוקסטאר, אין פה תיאורים קלישאתיים מוגזמים של הדמויות – לטאן וגם ויולט יש פגמים. הם לא היו הכי יפים והכי מושלמים. הם היו רגילים… אנושיים. 💙
אהבתי גם את הרעיון מאחורי שם הספר ואיך טאן הפך לאדם חדש וטוב יותר כמו גלגול הפרפר- בזכות ויולט. (למרות שבפועל, השינוי שעבר לא היה כל כך אמין בעיניי) 😂🤦‍♀️

זה ספר מתוק, רומנטי ומרענן אבל הוא הרגיש לי גם קצת ילדותי מידי, במיוחד בגלל האינסטה לאב… אז אם אתן מחפשות ספר לוהט ובוגר – זה לא בדיוק הספר בשבילכן. 🤷‍♀️
