לקריאת הסקירה בעברית – תגללו למטה!

Jordan went camping with her boyfriend and their friends. After a shaky discovery, she stumbles and falls down the mountain. Luckily, a huge, loner mountain of a man finds her and treats her injuries in his cabin. 🌲
He seems more like a beast than a man – intense, muscular and he barely speaks – but he take care of her with devotion… His name is Alexander, but she calls him Grizzly because of his looks. 🤎
He hates her incessant talk and questions – even her presence and the only thing they have in common is the immense attraction for each other. But until they finally come to an understanding and spend one night in peace, they are returned to the big city and Jordan finds out who Alexander really is… 😱

📚 “Up until a few hours ago, I assumed he was born in the wild and raised by wolves.” 📚

I really liked the first 70%, when they were isolated from the world. Compared to other books with "Loner Hero in the Middle of Nowhere" I was surprised by the twist when they returned to civilization, but what happened next was less to my taste. 🤷‍♀️
I was curious to find out the secret and understand Alexander's cold / hot behavior – and when I did, I kind of wanted to kick him in the balls… I was able to understand his pain but it still did not give him the right to act like an idiot. 😂
And Jordan? I did not like her at all! All I wanted was to get inside the pages, shake her and slap her hard to try and put logic in her head. 🤦‍♀️

📚 "The wild passion we have is more than enough.
What we have is enough to last us until forever." 📚

Make no mistake, Salsbury’s writing was excellent (as usual 👑) so I finished the book despite everything that bothered me.
The next book is about Alexander's brother, whom I really liked, and I'm definitely looking forward to reading it! 🤎

אהבתי מאוד את ה- 70% הראשונים כאשר הם היו מבודדים מהעולם. לעומת ספרים אחרים של "גיבור מתבודד באמצע שום מקום" הופתעתי מהטוויסט כאשר חזרו לציוויליזציה, אך מה שקרה אחר כך היה פחות מוצלח לדעתי. 🤷‍♀️
הייתי סקרנית לגלות את הסוד ולהבין את ההתנהגות הקרה/חמה של אלכסנדר – וכשזה קרה, קצת רציתי לבעוט לו בביצים… הצלחתי להבין את כאבו אבל זה עדיין לא נתן לו את הזכות להתנהג כמו אידיוט. 😂
וג'ורדן? לא חיבבתי אותה בכלל! כל מה שרציתי הוא להיכנס לתוך הדפים, לנער אותה ואז לסטור לה חזק כדי לנסות להכניס לראשה היגיון. 🤦‍♀️

שלא תטעו, הכתיבה של סאלסברי הייתה מעולה (כרגיל 👑) ולכן סיימתי את הספר למרות כל מה שהפריע לי.
הספר הבא הוא על אחיו של אלכסנדר, שמאוד אהבתי, ואני בהחלט מחכה לקרוא אותו! 🤎
