לקריאת הסקירה בעברית – תגללו למטה!

This book was… just ok.
Yes, I read similar books that were much worse… but I also read books that were better. 😬

There was nothing special or new about this book: the good girl who is in love since forever (not sure why 🤦‍♀️) with the bad tattooed boy, who has a heavy emotional baggage and only one night stands – who never notices her, until his friends say she's hot – and then he falls deaply in love. 🙄

📚 "Opposites don't just attract. They freaking catch fire and burn the entire city down." 📚

The plot was very predictable and there was no emotional development or even passion between the characters… Hell, even the sex scenes were pretty boring. 😬

I didn't hate it, but I didn't enjoy it either. If I had read it 4 years ago I probably would have enjoyed it more. 🤷‍♀️
Needless to say, I will not continue to the rest of the books in the series.

I listened to the audio version (which was great).

הספר היה… רק בסדר.
נכון, קראתי ספרים דומים הרבה יותר גרועים… אבל בוודאי גם קראתי טובים יותר. 😬

לא היה בו שום דבר מיוחד או חדש: שוב הבחורה הטובה שמאוהבת כבר נצח (לא ברור למה 🤦‍♀️) בבחור הרע והמקועקע, שיש לו מטען רגשי כבד והוא עושה רק סטוצים – שמעולם לא שם לב אליה, עד שהחברים שלו אומרים שהיא פצצה – ואז הוא מאוהב עד כלות. 🙄

העלילה הייתה מאוד צפויה ולא הייתה שום התפתחות רגשית או אפילו תשוקה בין הדמויות… לעזאזל, אפילו סצנות הסקס היו דיי משעממות. 😬

אז אמנם לא שנאתי את הספר, אבל גם לא נהניתי ממנו. אם הייתי קוראת אותו לפני 4 שנים כנראה הייתי נהנית יותר. 🤷‍♀️
מיותר לציין שלא אמשיך לשאר הספרים בסדרה…
