The story is suspenseful, the plot is original, realistic and complex, the characters are developed – but I did not expect the events that happened in the second half of the first book, and because of its excellent start I was a little taken aback by the direction the plot progressed to. However, after overcoming the shock, I completely saw the beauty in it – and read the second book until the wee hours of the night. 💥💥💥
📚 “Whatever you’ve come from, whatever you’ve lived through, I don’t care. I’m not afraid of your dark.” 📚
There were some things I did not like (like the MFM scene that did not fit the story) but they did not stop me from enjoying – except for two things: Towards the end of the first book, Gideon's character took a turn and from powerful and mysterious, he became a wimp, which did not suit him (and ME!!!! 😂) And most importantly… if their love story was not insta-love and they had more time to get acquainted before the "crazy love they had never felt before" this story would have been fucking PERFECT! (wimp or not) 😂😂😂
This duet will not suit everyone, it is not a sweet love story… it's unexpected, thought-provoking and a bit scary (dark, with light descriptions of violence) – but it will make you chew your nails and think about it every time you take a break! 👏💥
Note: This is a sequel to the 'Vision' duet, but you can only read them (like me, I do not like BDSM books and did not feel I lacked information).

דירדרי נשכרת כיחצ"נית ע"י גידאון מסטרס – האמן היהיר, המיוחס והפראי שמחליט לקלף את כל השכבות שלה ולגלות מי היא באמת. 🎨
בכל מפגש, גידאון מפצח עוד חלק ומגלה איזה צבעים היא מסתירה עמוק בפנים. אבל כמו שהם הולכים לגלות – לפעמים יש דברים שעדיף להשאיר בעבר… 💥💥💥
📚 "אני הייתי הצבע, הוא היה המברשת, ועם כל משיחת מכחול, הוא חשף יותר ממני." 📚
וואו, כמה זמן לא קראתי ספר מתורגם בעברית… יובלות!!! 😱😱😱
האמת שברגע שהכריכה נחשפה הלכתי לבדוק אם יש אודיו (אין! ) ולכן, עם מעט ציפיות, החלטתי לנסות לקרוא בעברית – ולגמרי הופתעתי! הסיפור מותח, העלילה מקורית, מציאותית ומורכבת, הדמויות מפותחות והתרגום מצויין – מלבד כמה בחירות כמו "עסיס תשוקתי" (הקאתי קצת בפה) 🙈😂
מה שכן, לא ציפיתי להתרחשויות שקרו בחצי השני של הספר הראשון, ובגלל ההתחלה המעולה שלו קצת התבאסתי מהכיוון שאליו העלילה מתקדמת – אבל אחרי שהתגברתי על ההלם, לגמרי ראיתי את היופי שבו – ואת הספר השני קראתי עד השעות הקטנות של הלילה. 💥
📚 "ואם אני פוחדת מהאפלה ששוכנת בתוכי?"
"אז אני אצית את העולם כדי להעניק לך אור." 📚
היו כמה דברים שלא אהבתי (כמו סצנת MFM שלא התאימה לסיפור) אבל הם לא הפריעו לי להנאה – מלבד שני דברים: לקראת סוף הספר הראשון, הדמות של גידאון קיבלה תפנית ומגבר חזק ומסתורי הוא קצת הפך לנמושה, מה שלא התאים לו (ובעיקר לי!!!! 😂) והכי חשוב… אם האהבה שלהם לא הייתה אינסטה-לאב והיה להם יותר זמן להכיר לפני ה"אהבה המטורפת שמעולם לא הרגישו קודם" הסיפור הזה היה פאקינג מושלם! (נמושה או לא) 😂😂😂
לסיכום – הדואט לא יתאים לכולן, זה לא סיפור אהבה מתוק… הוא לא צפוי, מעורר מחשבה וקצת מפחיד (תיאורי אלימות של אופל לייט) – אבל הוא יגרום לכם לקצוץ ציפורניים ולחשוב עליו בכל פעם שתיקחו ממנו הפסקה! 👏💥
שימו לב: זהו דואט המשך של 'מבט כפול' ו'מבט מושלם', אבל אפשר לקרוא רק אותם (כמוני, אני לא אוהבת BDSM ולא הרגשתי שחסר לי מידע).
